Help Using The Restored Church of God Website

Website navigation consists of selecting the section you wish to visit on the left (i.e. LITERATURE, AUDIO, etc.). Most areas also include “secondary” navigation. This includes links related to that particular category. You may always get to the home page by clicking on HOME at the top of the menu.

 If you are unable to find an item of interest, please click the link labeled “Site-Map” at the top, right-hand corner of this window. It contains links to all items on our website. You may also wish to use the “Search” feature, also located in the top, right-hand corner of the window.

PLAYING SERMONS: There are two methods in which you can play sermons: (1) Play now, or (2) save for playing later. All files are in RealOne Player format. (Some are also in MP3 format.) If you do not have this player, click on the icon above to install it.

(1) PLAYING NOW: Simply click on the sermon you would like to listen to. It will begin playing once it has finished downloading (the length of the download depends on your connection to the Internet).

(2) SAVING TO PLAY LATER: With your right mouse button, click on the sermon you wish to save. Select the option “Save Target As...” Select the location (on your computer) to save the sermon. Once the download has completed, you may open the saved file to play.

READING RCG LITERATURE

Most RCG literature is available in two formats. One format is PDF, accessible by clicking on the “Display Adobe PDF Document” link to the right of the menu. To view this format, you must have Adobe Acrobat® Reader installed on your computer. To install it, please click on the “Get Adobe® Reader” icon above.

The other is the HTML format. This allows for easy reading on the screen. If you wish to print out the item, you can either print from the PDF version which will print a “landscape” format or you can click on the “Print this Document” link to the right of the menu to get a printer-friendly version.
